Why Proofs Matter (and What to Check)
A proof is your last chance to catch mistakes before ink meets paper. Check spelling and phone numbers twice — then have someone else check them. Verify dates, prices, addresses, and any legal fine print.
Look at layout details: are borders even, do images sit where you expect, did fonts substitute? Confirm the colour intent, remembering that screen proofs approximate CMYK.
When you approve a proof, that approval defines the job. We print exactly what you approved — which is why the five-minute check is worth it.
